How does the provider check for the quality of delivery by staff?

Our staff need to provide a report of the work done. Client satisfaction is checked validity the support coordinator, and client feedback is conducted.

How much does the service cost?

The service cost varies according to the services provided and is calculated per the NDIS rate structure. The cost will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Do I need to be a part of NDIS to use your service?

Not necessarily; you need not be a part of NDIS to receive our services.
